BEWARE!!! My aging mother of 76 bought a car from this dealership which she was told was a good reliable car. The check engine light came on a several days after purchasing the car so brought it back to the shop and they said it was good to go. So, no problem so far as this was a used car and things happen. Her husband, my stepfather recently passed away so we flew into Austin and she picked us up for a memorial service the following day. About 30 minutes into the trip, right on I35, the check engine light came on and the car literally died and we barely made it to an exit and were panicking!! So we got it to a great repair shop, but we needed to rent a car as we were left stranded. Guess what... they didn't repair the car correctly the first time around and the car needed to be repaired for the same issue, and our family was in danger because of shoddy repair. Seriously! They refused to pay for the rental and told us we were at fault! We have never been treated as poorly by any business. Read the bad reviews here which reveal the truth about this company, who are very much out for your money. I miss the old days when people looked out for one another and made things "right" without asking if the fault was theirs.

Looking at a hard-to-find 2015 Xterra Pro-4X. Ricardo sent me requested photos and videos of the vehicle very quickly. Matt got my financing worked out in advance.I drove 7 hours down from Stillwater Oklahoma. I got there with less than two hours before close.Yolanda got my paperwork done, and they got the oil changed that I asked for, and gave me a ride to drop my rental car off, all in that short time.I could not ask for better customer service than that! Awesome, friendly, and helpful folks!And - the Xterra ran fantastic all the way back to Oklahoma!
